William Greenhaus

Bill has over 25 years experience in systems analysis, programming, and information technology management, with twenty of those years devoted to the real estate industry. Prior to founding REdirect he was head of MIS for a premier New York property management firm. Consulting experience at major real estate firms has included systems implementation, customization, data conversion, custom programming, and support services.

Alan Ilberman

As an owner, asset manager, and agent, Alan has 35 years of experience in real estate administration developing internal procedures and controls for lease compliance assurance, escalation billing formulae, document preparation and maintenance, and critical date administration.

Prior to being a principal and co-founder of REdirect, he spent 10 years as President of REdirect’s affiliated company, Business Solutions Inc. a real estate outsourcing alternative specializing in creating innovative systems and procedures for efficient property administration.

Josh Malinoff

Josh's real estate technology experience spans almost 20 years.  Josh has extensive experience working with property and asset managers, REITs, investment advisors, and institutions, assisting firms with enhancing their business processes through technology.  Josh previously led the global consulting organization at MRI Software where his 10 year career included project management and system consultant roles.  Prior to MRI, Josh worked in the real estate and technology practices at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in audit, real estate consulting, and technology liaison roles.  Josh is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Faraz Memon

Faraz joined the REdirect team in 2009 and has over 12 years of real estate technology experience.  Faraz has extensive experience working with a breadth of real estate organizations including property, investment, and asset managers, REITs, and institutions on both the MRI and Yardi software solutions.  Faraz's strengths include developing creative solutions to address the unique needs of each business, leveraging technology to streamline business processes, lowering total cost of ownership and increasing the bottom-line.   Prior to joining REdirect, Faraz served as Director of Financial Applications at Tishman Speyer, where he was responsible for outsourcing helpdesk support, offshore application development teams and day-to-day operations.

Drew Bell

Drew joined the REdirect team in 2007 and has over 10 years of experience working within the non-profit, commercial, and multifamily real estate industry. Drew has extensive experience with the MRI, Yardi, and RealPage applications including data conversion, implementation, database customization, system integration, and support services.   Drew is adept at leveraging technology to streamline our clients' business processes with a thorough understanding of property management and accounting coupled with strong documentation skills.

Joy Cho

Joy brings over 22 years of real estate development and property management knowledge and experience to the REdirect team. The last 10 of those years have been focused on software implementation, training, processes documentation, and support services. Prior to joining the REdirect team in 2011, Joy worked at MRI / Intuit Real Estate Solutions as a support specialist on the premium services team where she further developed her software solution expertise to provide an even higher level of excellence in customer satisfaction.

Mitch Rich

During his 10 years in the real estate industry, Mitch worked as the IT Project Manager for a large owner/manager in the New York area and a Sr. Implementation Consultant at MRI / Intuit Real Estate Solutions. Mitch has extensive experience with the entire implementation process, having served in the trenches with, and functioned as, a leasing agent, property manager, senior accountant, and IT support person. In addition to implementing real estate software, Mitch partners with his clients to create custom solutions to satisfy the company’s business needs. Mitch is uniquely qualified to train our clients, as prior to entering the real estate space he was a highly respected high school educator.

Joyce Trumble

Joyce joined the REdirect team in 2010, with 23 years' experience in the real estate software industry. She has extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate business, with experience in construction, IT, and operations within the businesses of a self-managed REIT and a developer, owner and manager. When she joined MRI/Intuit Real Estate Solutions, Joyce brought that client knowledge to the support and product development areas of the organization and worked to position the company as a leader in globalization and data exchange standards. She has worked with commercial and multi-family businesses, providing training, documentation, customization and support services to improve and simplify their business solutions.

Elana Price

Elana brings over 9 years of in-the-trenches property management and accounting experience. She has supported software at several real estate companies and has excelled at providing implementation, project management, training, and support services. Through her variety of roles in real estate companies she has gained insight from multiple viewpoints. Elana's unique perspective allows her to truly put herself in the clients' shoes and understand an organization's operational challenges. Elana's passion is to help clients leverage technology to streamline processes for maximum efficiency.

Jigisha Chaudhari

With over 10 years experience in real estate technology and an additional 10 years of experience in software development and accounting, Jigisha brings a set of skills uniquely suited to REdirect. Before joining REdirect Jigisha worked as a software application developer for MRI/Intuit Real Estate Solutions. At MRI Jigisha worked closely with clients on developing/maintaining customizations, project planning, and software training. Her specialties include conversions, report writing, and domestic and international implementations.

Dave Ullman

Dave brings over 25 years of experience in real estate technology to REdirect. Prior to joining REdirect Dave spent many years working at property management companies as both a Director of IT and Controller. Dave's deep technical knowledge and experience with multiple property management systems allows him to work with clients and advise on both the hardware and software aspects of a project. Dave's specialties include, but are not limited to, software implementations, training and management of IT departments, project management, and report/program customizations.
