REdirect Consulting is headquartered in New York City and has been in business for over 20 years. We expanded operations into the UK in early 2019 and are looking forward to having a greater presence within the Build-to-Rent (BTR) community of investors, developers, and operators.  

While we maintain a dedicated UK-based consultancy group, our USA and UK teams are completely integrated, meaning our UK consultants have the support of their USA counterparts for troubleshooting and problem-solving. With a formalized knowledge-sharing program, we ensure that lessons learned across all clients are shared among our team, regardless of location. 

Lessons learned from USA Multi-family 

In the USA, BTR, commonly referred to as "multi-family," is pervasive across the country in both cities and more rural areas. We have worked with over 100 Build-to-Rent (multi-family) clients on multiple projects over the years including consulting on right-fit software selection, software implementation, business process reviews to optimize processes and technology use, automation, custom reporting, and ongoing software support or training. 

Having delivered over 600 projects in the last 5 years, we have developed our own project methodology and project management systems that extend to our UK clients—meaning you can take advantage of the many years we’ve had in the USA to fine-tune the whole implementation/customization/upgrade process.  

One of our clients, Monday Properties, is a dynamic investment firm that owns, operates, and develops properties with the goal of transforming communities. Where we see UK BTR heading and how we can help 

With BTR buildings that have shared amenities like a swimming pool, conference space, or lounge—in regards to COVID-19 and the future of social distancing—tenants want to be able to reserve their spaces well in advance and have the comfort of knowing that there will only be a few other people there. We're watching USA multi-family operators deal with these issues and are helping them overcome through technology. One of the things that technology solutions provide is flexibility; considering all that has happened in the recent past, it's going to be a necessity.
