The Business Development Representative (BDR) will help execute the company’s sales strategy. The role will be responsible for assisting in building and developing a strong pipeline of sales opportunities through a combination of mining existing accounts and contacts, as well as identifying new prospects in the U.K. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position which will require flexible working hours at times, and as required to work with the team in the U.S.A.


Sales/Account Management

  • Responsible for building and managing a pipeline of business
  • Prospect, cultivate, and develop new customers
  • Gathering company information of prospective clients which includes information on their real estate portfolio and information technology solutions
  • Represent REdirect in a highly professional manner through interaction with prospective clients
  • Contact prospective clients who have been solicited through marketing efforts
  • Maintain diligent record of calls and information gathered
  • Be conversant in REdirect’s current and emerging services & product capabilities and their competitive strengths and weaknesses
  • Assist in managing existing client accounts, including periodic follow-ups to identify new opportunities, discuss new products & services, solicit feedback on past projects


Sales Administration

  • Coordinate sales meetings with clients
  • Monitor CRM system for missing information, solicit information from internal account managers and ensure information is updated
  • Assist in preparing proposals, statements of work and change orders
  • Administer client signoffs of proposals, statements of work and change orders
  • Create and conduct client surveys
  • Gather client testimonials
  • Other projects and duties as needed in support of global effort


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A sincere interest in building a career in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships, partnerships and work collaboratively
  • Ability to set goals and monitor performance
  • Real estate industry experiences a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
