The Marketing Manager will further develop, improve and execute REdirect’s marketing strategy.  The role will contribute heavily to accelerating REdirect’s marketing initiatives and produce tangible results from our marketing campaigns. This is a great position for a candidate who is excited about getting their hands into all things marketing related and helping accelerate the growth of a leading real estate technology consultancy through focused results-oriented marketing.  REdirect offers a collaborative and open atmosphere, fostering creativity and welcoming new ideas.


Strategy & Management:

  • Collaborate with Principals to develop marketing strategy
  • Manage annual marketing budget & goals/KPIs
  • Generate and present quarterly performance metrics to ownership
  • Stay up-to-date on SEO best practices, recommend and implement changes to the website to achieve optimal SEO results
  • Manage vendors and contractors as required for special activities and projects (ex. complex website modifications, giveaways, video production, etc.)

Research & Lead Generation

  • Gather relevant market and competitive intelligence and present to internal stakeholders
  • Monitor social networks, industry forums, news outlets, etc. to generate leads and market intelligence
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts have a clear lead generation target for subscribers, marketing qualified leads (MQL) and sales qualified leads (SQL)

Content Creation:

  • Create a monthly content calendar for blogs, website content, eNewsletter and social media posts, and then create and/or edit all written content
  • Maintain company blog – collaborate with team on content, research and write blog drafts, measure success and improve future blogs based on results
  • Write press releases when required
  • Social Media posts – such as Facebook, Google+, Twitter, LinkedIn
  • Develop content to be used as collateral for external presentations, brochures, case studies, event materials, sales proposals, advertising, email blasts, newsletters, web site, etc.
  • Develop and keep current collateral for all service and product offerings
  • Keep website content updated including information about events (conferences, webinars), team, service & product offerings, etc.
  • Act as a liaison to gather and create client testimonials

Create and/or edit Graphics:

  • Graphics for intranet site, website, print ads and other print materials (ex. giveaways, swag)
  • PowerPoint presentation for internal and client facing company presentations (documents, PowerPoint slides, etc.) such as pitch decks, webinar slides, client hand-outs, annual team meeting, etc.
  • Basic video production and animation for website and conference videos

Event Coordination:

  • Play a central coordination role for tradeshows and events we attend, ensuring that the right marketing presence is set for each including booths, print material, sponsorships, giveaways/swag, etc.
  • Coordinate and facilitate user group meetings, client dinners, and similar client outings with our team, partners and clients


  • Bachelor’s degree, major in Marketing preferred
  • A minimum of three years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience creating collateral and working with various channels of social media required
  • HubSpot experience and certification highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong writing and editing skills with ability to tailor message and tone according to medium (ex. social vs whitepaper) and audience (ex. business vs technical)
  • Ability to build relationships, partnerships and work collaboratively
  • Ability to set goals and monitor performance
  • Real estate industry experience a big plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PhotoShop, InDesign
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
