The Client Success Account Executive is responsible for identifying new prospects across North America as well as building and developing a strong pipeline of sales opportunities through a combination of mining existing accounts and contacts. This role will contribute heavily to accelerating REdirect’s growth services, including but not limited to automation, Spreadsheet Server, REdirect Assist, and ESG advisory services.
The Client Success Account Executive supports clients as they transition from sales prospects to active accounts, ensuring effective management throughout the sales process and a smooth handoff to the delivery team.
This is a full-time, remote position that will require flexible working hours at times. REdirect offers a collaborative and open atmosphere, fostering creativity and welcoming new ideas.
