Fabian Nunes

Fabian Nunes joins REdirect with over 15 years of real estate development and property management knowledge and experience.

His PropTech baptism by fire started at DTZ (formerly Donaldson’s Europe) in 2002 with an Eastern European implementation (Czech Republic and Poland), working with the MRI software product (CM, AP, GL), MRI Project Team to set up processes and procedures; business process and training documentation; end user training, and support services.  Throughout his career he has also assisted MRI rollouts and on-boarding third party property management agents in: Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal and, of course, U.K.

He also worked for several other prominent property companies, including McArthurGlen, a specialty shopping center developer / operator with centers in multiple European countries where he implemented MRI in Europe and the UK.  Then he went to AEW Europe where he was manager of IT.  Following AEW he went to PGIM, a UK division of Prudential Real Estate, where he was a business and systems analyst, reporting to the Director of IT in the US.  Additionally, he is proficient with Database Design, Report Design, and MRIQRY.
