Robin Aungst

Robin joins REdirect with 25 years of mixed experience with MRI, Yardi, Timberline and JD Edwards/Oracle systems.  She began her career in commercial real estate within the property and asset management fields, quickly realizing her passion for accuracy in both financial reporting and data management.  After spending 10 years providing on-site commercial property services, Robin joined Deloitte and became a California CPA (status inactive).  While at Deloitte Robin was a Manager for the Lease Consulting practice; providing audit, advisory and lease consulting services to real estate clients throughout the US.   After Deloitte, Robin spent eight years as a First Vice President, Lease Analyst for a nationally recognized REIT and then, subsequently, for General Electric.  During her time in this capacity, Robin provided commercial real estate lease billing review, lease language and invoicing guidance, lease interpretation and expense billing methodology training, as well as spearheading several system improvement enhancements; ensuring the timely reporting and expense invoicing for 19 million square feet.  After leaving General Electric, Robin and several Deloitte colleagues started their own consulting firm, providing commercial lease and data management related services throughout the US.  Most recently, she has held the position of Assistant Controller, Director of Asset Management, and system implementation consultant as well as lease auditor.
