Zuleika Lopez

Zuleika (“Z”) has over 18 years of real estate experience in multi-family property management. Z has extensive experience as a SaaS consultant, Implementation Project Manager, and Sales and Client Relations, for multiple property management solutions to include Yardi Systems and RealPage. Serving as an SME for Yardi Systems and RealPage, Zuleika provided system implementation, system upgrades, training, technical support as well as customized process documentation. Her most recent role as Director of Business Development at Anterra Technology (Real Estate & Construction Accounting Business Intelligence Software), allowed her an opportunity to assist clients through their implementation journey by providing a “white glove” service. Additionally, she helped grow the company’s business by increasing revenue by working with the executive team. Her highlighted passion for innovative technology and working with clients has been demonstrated throughout her career.

Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Z enjoys the beach, traveling, and taking acting workshops.
