Working with REdirect is great. They take time to understand the scope of work and the wants and needs of our business while explaining the process clearly. We have worked with REdirect on several projects over the years, the favourite being the automation of our direct debit process. Before engaging with REdirect, this monthly process was manual, time-consuming, and open to errors. Our efficiency has improved, saving the team around half a day of work each month with a low error rate. This time saving will increase as we use the function more and will be invaluable in the future. I enjoy working with the REdirect team and seeing how they can improve our processes.
