REdirect’s willingness to work with the client was the most positive attribute about the company; they honored our requests and remained true to the spirit of the contract.  I would work with REdirect again and would recommend their services to someone else.  It was a challenging but beneficial experience and I am happy we chose to work with REdirect. Overall, the Yardi implementation was a success.  We met all of our milestones and there were minimal unexpected occurrences throughout the process, both of which were good indicators the implementation was executed properly.  We were happy with the work that REdirect did for us. The people we primarily dealt with at REdirect were professional, responded in a timely fashion and understood our concerns.  No matter what the problems were, they always came back with viable solutions.
