Autumn Look

Autumn joins REdirect with a background in teaching, and 17 years of progressive experience in residential management. She began as a part-time Leasing Consultant while pursuing her bachelor's degree at Oglethorpe University, and later developed her skills serving as a multi-site bookkeeper before advancing to community, and regional management roles. In addition to her titled roles, Autumn was responsible for training, business process documentation, and software support. While with TGM Associates, Autumn conducted internal audits and BPRs and served as a SME for MRI and Avid Xchange. In this capacity, she conducted monthly trainings and provided daily support to the user base. At BRC, she was responsible for authoring SOPs and coordinating company-wide training schedules. Additionally, Autumn trained, supported, and administered a full suite of RealPage products.
