Josh joined the REdirect team as a Principal in 2007. He brings over 28 years of real estate technology expertise to REdirect and is often a go-to source for any complex projects.  

Josh spearheaded REdirect’s involvement in Investment Management software, creating a dedicated practice group focusing on the growing needs of investment managers, private equity real estate, and fund administrators.  Josh has extensive experience working alongside property and asset managers, REITs, investment advisors and institutions, and is committed to helping firms enhance their business processes through technology.  

Josh likes to approach complex topics in accessible, easy-to-understand ways, putting clients at ease when they’re discussing how to best leverage technology. While Josh is focused on the growth of the firm, he also enjoys mentoring the team and offering guidance wherever he can.  

Prior to joining REdirect, Josh led the global consulting organization at MRI Software. Josh has a BS in Accounting and is a CPA in New York state. Outside of work Josh spends his time biking, skiing, playing the piano, and enjoying his family while everyone is still home (teenagers!).
