Possibly the best net result of working with REdirect was that they taught me so much about how the system thinks. I now feel comfortable being able to make changes to it on my own, rather than being dependent on outside support in perpetuity… The amount of time and effort that everyone at REdirect invested in our project was tremendous. We wouldn’t have been able to go live in the timeframe that we did without their dedicated assistance.
