2013 has been an incredible year for REdirect Consulting, we worked with over 100 clients in 21 states! Some highlights include:
- End-to-end Yardi implementation for a large private real estate investment, leasing and management company in Virginia with over 3 million commercial square feet and 8,000 apartments.
- Yardi implementation for a single family home owner and operator in Atlanta
- Large MRI process improvement projects for clients from San Diego to New York, including an organization with over 24,000 apartments and 10 million commercial square feet
- Excel Automation implementations to work in conjunction with MRI and Yardi for clients across the country including custom dashboards
- Data conversions to Yardi from IBS, BJ Murray, and other systems, plus consolidating two large Yardi databases for an organization.
- Kicked off a large project for a global private equity real estate firm in Chicago. This project includes data conversion, implementing Yardi's Investment Management solution, Excel Automation tools, and overseeing the implementation of an accounts payables solution.
- Overseeing various real estate focused solutions for the countries largest private owner/operator of manufactured homes in the US.
