2024 marked a milestone of 40 years in business for Yardi. The booking dashboard streamlines Casual Mall Leasing, while revenue dashboards help identify high-priority units to maximise revenue. CommercialCafe, Facility Manager, and VendorCafe integrate to support maintenance workflows—from scheduled inspections to reactive repairs—enhancing efficiency and asset longevity. Procure-to-Pay and VendorCafe simplify invoice processing and vendor relations, ensuring efficient expense management. Yardi Elevate’s Construction Manager, integrated with Forecast Manager, enables users to forecast capital projects, tenant improvements, and long-term asset maintenance. Investment Manager, Debt Manager, and Performance Manager provide real-time transparency into investments and returns, streamlining investor communications and portfolio management.
End-to-end tenant lifecycle management was a major focus, covering everything from property marketing and leasing to self-service resident requests via RentCafe and Concierge modules. Maintenance IQ optimises preventative maintenance, while Yardi Payment Processing simplifies online rent payments via direct debit or credit/debit cards.
