  • Page Assistant: Guides users through workflows in MRI ProLease Enterprise, improving onboarding and task completion.
  • Facilities and Energy Management: Sessions explored predictive maintenance, energy optimization, and AI-based scheduling to reduce operating costs.
  • MRI Bank Rec Automation: Developed in partnership with REdirect Consulting, this solution uses Agentic Automation to streamline bank reconciliation, eliminating manual matching and accelerating month-end close.

  • SQL for Property Management X: Focused on building custom queries and reports for operational visibility.
  • MRI Engage CRM and Leasing Portal: Covered configuration, lead tracking, and integration with leasing workflows.
  • Agora Gateway and Ask Agora: Demonstrated how to connect data sources and build conversational reporting tools.
