This January at REdirect we were excited to gather together in New York City for a summit to discuss the past, present, and future of REdirect Consulting.  It is rare between projects that we have a chance to get together with all of our team members from California to New York, so it was a wonderful two days!

Some of the topics included use of our new project management system, tuning our implementation methodology, and a State of the Union showing how much we have grown since our inception in 1999. It was a great opportunity to take a thorough look at our business and the many initiatives we have for 2014. We are entering the year focused, rejuvenated, and ready to take on more projects than ever!

Let's just hope in 2015 we won't get snowed in again!
