The Yardi Consultant will be responsible for delivering consulting, application support, and software implementation services to REdirect’s commercial and corporate real estate clients. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing communication, requiring a proactive professional who can manage project plans, analyze business requirements, and provide tailored training and support.

Yardi Support Analyst (Remote)

Remote

The Yardi Support Analyst will be responsible for providing application support, training, and software installation services to REdirect’s commercial real estate clients. This role requires direct Yardi expertise, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to manage client requests through effective troubleshooting and communication. The Support Analyst will address Level 2 and 3 tickets, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver remote client training while ensuring service levels are consistently met.
