Yardi Consultant- Australia

The MRI/Yardi Consultant is responsible for providing consulting, application support, and software implementation services to clients within the Commercial and Corporate Real Estate sectors. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that blends technical expertise, project management, and business analysis to deliver effective and tailored software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing MRI Real Estate Software and a strong understanding of real estate and financial management processes. While Yardi experience is advantageous, MRI expertise is essential.

Yardi Support Analyst (Remote)

Remote

The Yardi Support Analyst will be responsible for providing application support, training, and software installation services to REdirect’s commercial real estate clients. This role requires direct Yardi expertise, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to manage client requests through effective troubleshooting and communication. The Support Analyst will address Level 2 and 3 tickets, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver remote client training while ensuring service levels are consistently met.
