Anna has a Bachelor's degree in Education (grades 7–12) from Kent State University with a concentration in English. She transitioned from teaching to software implementation, where she was able to apply her teaching experience in a different way. She previously worked as a Solution Consultant at MRI Software for five years, specifically focused on Commercial Management & Financials. Most recently, she worked as a Business Analyst at ClearStar, where she implemented a CRM and focused on improving business processes.
Outside of work, she enjoys watching football, staying active, and traveling.
