Anna Nozik is a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in human resources strategy, coaching, and operations. She holds a Master of Science in Management, specialising in Human Resources and Project Management, from the NYU School of Engineering.
Before joining REdirect, Anna worked as a consultant with Cooper HR Solutions, supporting a wide range of clients across HR functions—from policy and process improvement to coaching managers on leadership development, communication, and conflict resolution. Her hands-on, people-first approach to HR makes her a valuable asset to our growing team.
