Cindy is a Commercial Real Estate professional with 25+ years in the industry. Her career began as a Project Accountant for Transwestern Commercial Services, where she transitioned into Property Manager / Asset Manager/ Project Manager roles. In that capacity she earned IREM’s CPM® designation and a Texas Real Estate license.
After being a user of multiple different commercial real estate software programs, including MRI, Skyline, Kardin, Manhattan, Yardi, JD Edwards, Argus and others, she has been responsible for software selection, implementation and training for multiple clients. As Solution Architect for Manhattan Software, she partnered with large, international clients to deliver global solutions for IWMS, SaaS software needs for commercial real estate business practices, from Discovery stage through Go Live transition.
Cindy has also authored curriculum/course materials and lead classroom instruction on Operating Expense (CAM) Recovery Theory and Gross-up Calculations. She has managed lease audits and been expert witness, representing both Landlord and Tenant concerns.
She loves outdoor running, completely disconnected from all digital communications. Her hobbies also include travel, bible studies and reading action/crime novels, particularly with some real-life historical context.
