Eric brings a strong background in client engagement and property management systems to the REdirect team. He previously served as a Technical Account Manager and Team Lead at Yardi Systems, where he was recognized for his customer service and implementation of innovative training programs. Most recently, Eric worked at Eng Flanders Group, managing client onboarding and project timelines for both Yardi and AppFolio. He continues to stay up to date with evolving technology and best practices.
