Heidi Cheung

Heidi brings over 8 years of experience in the financial systems and real estate industry; starting her career as a portfolio accountant with Transwestern Commercial Services, where she gained user knowledge on systems including MRI, Yardi, and CTI.

Her passions in work are investigating, learning, guiding, and enabling clients to understand and excel in business processes with the solutions she provides.

After moving to Australia to be with family, she continued her career in enablement consulting and training of accounting systems. Subsequently, she joined JLL in Sydney as an MRI systems analyst and evolved to a business analyst driving a streamlined AP automation project.

More recently, she ventured into the e-commerce industry. Starting out as an implementation consultant, her curiosity, experience with systems integrations, and appetite to learn facilitated her promotion to team lead within 7 months. At her departure, she was managing an international team of 8 consultants while also delivering effective solutions and projects to clients.

Heidi was born in LA, completed junior education between Hong Kong and Australia and an undergraduate double major in Accountancy and Information Systems from California State University, Northridge.  She adores her rabbits - Rusty, Smudge, and Bear. When not relaxing and spoiling her fur babies, she enjoys fishing, and all things food.
