Zahid Akhtar

Zahid joined REdirect as a Consultant, and is now a Robotic Process Automation Developer. Zahid has 9 years' experience in real estate tech and holds a Master's degree in Computer Management.  

Zahid specializes in RPA, Commercial, Residential, Retail, and ETL. His deep knowledge of Yardi Voyager helps the REdirect team during Business Process Reviews, Gap Analysis, system configurations, and in creating functionality specifications. Zahid enjoys taking full responsibility for projects and appreciates the support and new opportunities he receives from the team.  

Prior to joining REdirect, Zahid worked as a Yardi consultant at Techsofya, where he helped implement Retail and Commercial modules. He also spent 6.5 years at Yardi where he focused on testing the PHA, Affordable, Residential modules along with Cases & CPR. His role included development of test cases and test plans, performing functionality testing, reporting defects for correction, and writing Release Notes.  

In his downtime, Zahid enjoys going shopping, spending time with his family at the movies, and in game zones with his kids.
