Tina comes to REdirect with extensive industry experience. She was at Forest City in Cleveland, working for Forest City Residential Management in several accounting roles. As a Military Housing Revenue and Collections Manager, she had several projects under her guidance that included implementation of electronic payment processing, transitioning sites from government-managed to private, and developing training material and conducting training for site and staff users and support. She managed a team of three to support the community site staff; and developed Yardi user manual, policy/procedures manuals and job aids to help control that support volume. Tina then joined the team that launched 45 of the Forest City communities into a new property management start-up, Rose Community Management. In that effort, she worked with senior management on software and technology needs assessment and played a role in everything from change management to supporting 300 users and ensuring compliance for their Section 8/Tax Credit and Market properties. She has most recently worked with RealPage products, with Yardi and SAP experience in her background as well.
