Jacinta has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage banking and property management industries, including expertise in finance, accounting, and information technology, previously working at Price Waterhouse, Fannie Mae, and Yardi Systems. At Yardi Systems, Jacinta was a Technical Account Manager, providing excellent customer support, systems implementation, and user training to her residential and affordable clients, specializing in accounting issues. Jacinta also worked for a large third-party fee manager as the Yardi IT Specialist. There she provided support for managing new property setups and training; Yardi data integration into the corporate data warehouse; and operational and financial trend reporting. Before joining the REdirect family, Jacinta was also Director of Yardi Implementation and Training at Strategic Management Partners. Since 2014, Jacinta  has played almost every possible role at REdirect, with skills in Yardi Residential, Affordable, Financial, Commercial and technical, and more recently MRI Affordable.   As Industry Principal, Affordable Housing, Jacinta has a blended role of business development, sales support, project management, and consulting.
