Lori is a Senior Implementation Consultant with over 20 years of real estate technology and MRI experience. She joined REdirect so that she could help clients become strong MRI users with efficient business processes.  

Lori frequently works on gap analyses to help clients get the most out of their software. She also works on transitioning firms from Windows to Web. While Lori specializes in Commercial, she likes to see the whole technology picture and strives to educate users on how different modules interact, creating deeper understanding and cooperation across departments.  

Lori previously worked as a Developer/Programmer Analyst at Washington Prime Group, formerly WP Glimcher, where she assisted in converting 100+ properties from CTI and developed several customizations as part of that project. She has also worked directly at MRI Software, and as a Property Manager for 6 Commercial office buildings in the greater Chicagoland area managing 780,000 square feet of office space.  

When not at work, Lori is an avid runner, often prepping for marathons. She enjoys keeping her two children active and is kept busy by her new puppies.
