Alisha Tidwell

Alisha was most recently with NexMetro Properties in the role of Yardi Support Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona. Before NexMetro, she had positions in both multi-family housing and single family home organizations such as Invitation Homes and Avenue5 Residential. Alisha has worked in the industry for over eight years, in roles on both the property management and corporate application support sides. She has excellent depth in Core Residential Yardi with particular strengths in CRM and Rent Café.

In her spare time, you can find Alisha in the gym with her husband, passionate about weightlifting, or spending time with her seven children.
