Support Analyst

Carlos has experience in on-site property management roles for several organizations and in the corporate setting as a Yardi Support Analyst for Richman Properties.

On site, he gained experience in Student Housing and Affordable Housing and maintained tax credit compliance. In his role as Yardi Support Analyst, he supported end users of Yardi and other business  systems including their ticketing system, Zendesk.

Carlos leveraged the Zendesk data to recommend and facilitate training, and he developed training materials and created the courses. His software and system proficiencies include Yardi 7s, Rent Café CRM and Site Manager, One-Site and LRO. His combined property and corporate experience allows him to understand the processes from the site level to the back end and provide solutions in a relatable way to the clients.

Outside of work, Carlos enjoys reading about the human mind and how it works, how thought processes are impacted by individuals’ experiences, and how to understand people in order to be kind to everyone. He is the father of three children and is a karaoke enthusiast. His favorite sport is basketball and is learning more about football. He also enjoys drawing, photography and music.
